HOST HOTEL INFORMATION
The Association has negotiated special rates exclusively for the 2026 reunion at our host hotel:

We know the reunion may be an extended vacation for some families, so we have rooms set aside from Monday, October 12 through Tuesday, October 20, with the following applicable rates per night:
Sun-Thurs
Single/Double: $49
Triple: $59
Quad: $69
Fri and Sat
Single/Double: $99
Triple: $109
Quad: $119
There will also be a $20 resort fee per night and a $3 surcharge per night charged by the city. All these fees are also subject to taxes. Even with the additional fees and taxes, these are very good rates.
The hotel provides a free shuttle to and from the airport, so a car won’t really be necessary for this reunion. Self-parking is also available onsite for no charge for those driving. The resort fee also allows for access to the fitness center inside The Spa at Silver Legacy.

The earlier you can reserve your room the better for planning – and of course our group block could fill up. The hotel will charge your credit card for the first night’s charges at the time of reservation. Please know, however, that if you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours in advance of your arrival, your deposit will be returned and no further charges will be incurred.
