Why become a member?

What You Get...

Membership entitles you to receive direct to your mailbox the family research journal, Blackburn Beginnings. The Association’s quarterly newsletter has been published continuously since 1988 and has been the ongoing repository for new research and critical findings.

What You Give….

Your membership supports outreach and website maintenance and, most importantly, allows the Association to pursue philanthropic endeavors around preservation, restoration and research.

Membership Levels

Membership is $15 a year and runs on a calendar year basis. Family members are asked to consider the Patron Level of membership at $50, of which $35 is tax deductible.

Pay Online

Given the fees associated with online payments, your membership payment by check, money order or cash would be preferred. Payments for reunions must be made by check or money order, accompanied by a reservation form.
